What is an ebook
An ebook is an electronic book ( PDF ) that you can instantly download to your computer, laptop & ipod to read.
Do I need any special software to view ebooks...?
You will need an adobe acrobat reader to view the ebooks. If you don't already have it on your computer, you can download it for free at www.adobe.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by Paypal. It's fast, secure and very reliable. If you don't already have a Paypal account you can set one up for free by visiting www.paypal.com.
When will I recieve my purchase and how will it be delivered?
You will receive your purchase instantly as soon as you've paid with paypal. Once you've pressed the pay now button click on Return To Merchant to be directed straight to your download link.
It will be delivered in a compressed file and you will need winzip to extract the file. You can get a copy at www.winzip.com.
What is your policy on refunds?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 30 days to receive a full refund - no questions asked.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do. Sign up to our free newsletter to receive a massive 50 % discount every time you make a purchase from our website.
Do all products come with salespages, e-covers?
Most of our products DO come with salespages already provided. Please read the resellers license that can be found at the bottom of each product description so you know exactly what your getting with your purchase.
Can I sell the products on after I've purchased them?
If they come with Resale Rights (RR), Master Resale Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) yes you can. But if they come with personal use only rights no you can't. Make sure you read the license under each product to see what rights it comes with and if in doubt, don't hesitate to contact me and ask!
